on-line company Cacti Connoiseur's Boutique / Kaktusové
Labužnictví / has been founded in 2005 on own initiative of main
manager, Petr Kupčák, and the owner of that company, Jiří
Stuchlík. Name of company is derived of providing especial and
unique assortment for all cacti growers, and particularly for
all "cacti gourmets".
The
primal father of the idea of the name of this
project is australian cacti growers mr. Vlado Vigalsky, who is
native of Slovakia. He suggested the name of our company. Our
main collaborators are Miroslav Kupčák and petr Miškeřík, but we
use professional knowledges of our renowned external co-ordinators
Zdeněk Vaško and his team, Milan Majer and his team, Quido
Kuchařík, Zdeněk Franc, Mgr. Jan Novák, Josef Bis, Petr Antálek,
Josef Valenta. In abroad we have certain consulting
collaboration with Paolo Panarotto (Italy), Ernst Markus (Austria),
Willy Smith (Argentina), Brian Bates (Bolivia), Albert Marvelli
(Italy), Vjacheslav Phillipov (Russia), Elena Ivanova, Nata
Ellis (Ukraine), Dr. Roman Staník (Slovakia), and many
others.
Special
thanks
belongs forever to Mr. Tony Mace from the worldwide internet
project "The Cactus and Succulent Plants Mall", who helped us a
lot in the beginnings of introduction of this project among the
worldwide cactus society.

the
first place we
are interested in propagation and distribution of quality
botanical seed material by way of our online international and
czech webpages including catalogue offers.
Offered
botanicaly
valuable material comes exclusively from cultural sources, where
is the evidence of all botanicaly valuable information of
complete taxonomical parameters of offered cacti and succulent
plants at the first place. Thanks to this, we support endangered
habitats of cacti and succulent plants and legal and more
rational way of spreading quality botanical material in private
collections.
It
is possible and easy to browse our pictorial
offers and unique photographic serials from our trips to see
cacti in the nature, but there is also a photogallery with many
authentic pictures. This helps to understand and propagation of
beauty of cacti and succulent plants in the natural habitats.
We intense co-operate with several world botanical gardens and
nurseries, thereby we continually watch the current development
of our collective interest.

How order
Dear
friends,
firstly about ordering of our goods
We
try to
provide our services through the whole year by the fast on-line
distribution. Each order, that comes via e-mail will be compiled
in a short time. Any customers will be given information and
will get concrete details of his order.
Please be familiar with our commercial terms and
read them carefully, with all modifications from 1.5.2007
Please
remember,
that your orders are for us absolutely obligatory, according to
the law. Only if you refuse (or don't
take over) your order and the goods are send back to us, we are
going to place your name to our list of unreliable customers.
This list is shared by many companies in the Czech Republic and
in the world as well. Another details can be found in our
commercial terms.
This
point is
not designated for the majority of correct customers, it should
affect negatively to possible incorrect customers who appear
time to time.
Modifications from 1 . 5 . 2007- read carefully
Each
retail
portion has minimally 10 seeds, no other retail types are not
made. Wholesale packet is offered in two types of portions,
minimally 100 seeds and minimally 1. 000 seeds. We don't
provide
any other
wholesale packets - all catalogues are updated permanently
during the whole year, according to actual stocks of goods -
please watch dates of updates in all lists - unfortunately we
can not deliver goods, which are not printed in the list and
come from the older version of catalogues, for the sake of this,
order from actual catalogues only.
This
appertains the actual modifications of prices
only (up and down) and also changes in the assortment of goods,
that are dependent on periodical updates.
Order
all items
in catalogue from low to high numbers, including all CB numbers.
You don't have to write the whole name of the item you are going
to order, the CB numbers are sufficed. Specify which wholesale
or retail portion would you like to order. If you order both
retail and wholesale portions, please separate them. Do not
forget to send us your complete postal and electronical address.
The
value of your minimal order is 150 CZK,
for worldwide
customers 20 EUR or 20 USD.
We don't
invoice any vain package fees, the seed goods and
real COD postage is invoiced only. Your collective order from
clubs (e.g. wholesale portions which are very advantageous) may
help to eliminate the total expenses.

For

foreign
electronical
order
is
necessary to send
the
payment in
advance,
after
previous
electronical
communitacion
with
us by e-mail. It
is
very
difficult to claim
the
payment
later.
Each
electronical order
is
for
us absolutely
obligatory -
without
the
whole postal
and
electronical
address
the
order will
not be
confirmed by
us.
After our
confirmation
and
when we
write
the
complete invoice
out,
each
customer will
be
told a
date
of issue
of
the
order (exactly
the
day,
when the
customer
is
informed by us
about
the
total price)
and
from
this date
there
will
be a date
of maturity
of
the invoice
= the
latest
date to
pay
the due
is
usually
up to 21
days
after the
invoice
is
done. Generally,
always
up to 21
days
after the
invoice
is
done, are all
orders
valid,
then validity
of
every oder dies.
In
case,
that
the
customer
will not
pay
for the
order
up to
the
specified date
and
will not
communicate
with
us at
all,
the co-operation
will
be
broke up
and
we
will never
be
able to
order
anything in
the
future. The
possible
information
about
the
current customer
will
be
sent to other
companies.
This
newly introduced
proceeding
arises
from
our several
wrong
experience
with
some customers
who
were
given complete
packing
and
informational servise
and
calculation, related
reminding
and
expenses, and
this
incorrect
customer
ignores
all
and for
the
sake
of that
brings
us
lots of
economical
and
time forfeiture.
When
the
seed good
and
posatge are
paied, no
other
packing
fees are
invoiced
for
foriegn customer
at
all.
The good
is
sent by a
registered
letter
only (always
in a padded
envelope,
with
emphases against
crushing).
We
have
at our
disposal
the
postal receipt,
for a
case
of possible
problems
with
delivering of
orders.
Order
from
the Internet are
handled in
the
shorter term after
your
order
is
taken over.
